That is a statement-come-question that was put to me just six months into our journey to create this company, ironically it came from someone who is now our largest and longest serving client.
It threw up some genuinely interesting, multi-tiered questions and dilemmas to me personally namely how were we different and how would the company itself set itself apart from some other genuinely excellent competitors operating in our market space.
That’s a basic check list that every packaging company worth its salt should be able to rhyme off the page.
If you aren’t global and have a global reach in today’s world you’ll be yesterdays news soon if you’re not already.
But what do we at Touch Packaging think we do a little bit differently, a little bit better than what others do?
Without being clichéd about it we know every customer is different. From a high-street boutique to a multi-million pound Blue Chip organisation we can hold our hands up and say we genuinely deal with them all on a daily basis.
From turning around the traditional “East to West” supply chain and sending Paper Bags made in Europe to China for an International Movie Studio exhibition to supplying the guy who I buy my suits off down the street with his Printed Paper Bags and Garment Covers.
One of our expert packaging team will be in touch with options and pricing.
